“The Founding of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Creation of German Constitution and its Identity and Basic Structure”

The Office of the Constitutional Court organized an academic lecture as part of the OCC Public Lecture and Academic Forum. The session, titled “The Founding of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Creation of German Constitution and its Identity and Basic Structure” featured Mr. Henning Glaser, Director of the German-Southeast Asian Center of Excellence for Public Policy and Good Governance (CPG), Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, as the speaker. The lecture was delivered to the staff and officials of the Constitutional Court and the Office of the Constitutional Court on Thursday, 1 May 2025, at the Office of the Constitutional Court, and was also broadcast via the Office of the Constitutional Court’s YouTube channel.
